Examiner and has helped many organizations with the application

- Initiated a quality management program saving taxpayers
thousands of dollars by simplifying and eliminating unnecessary
administrative duplication.
- Designed a comprehensive management development program for
officers, enlisted service members, and civilian employees for the
Federal government.
- Helped design and facilitate several corporate level process
action teams for the U.S. Army Medical Department. Efforts were
recognized by the Army Surgeon General, the Government
Executive magazine and the Vice President of the United

- Implemented Total Quality Management and the National Malcolm
Baldrige Quality Award Criteria for a 300-person corporate office.
- Served as the primary project officer coordinating logistical
and medical support for foreign dignitaries and 12,000
participants in Yorktown, Virginia.

clinic, 200 person dental organization.
- Initiated and completed an executive leadership program for a
county government. Conducted focus groups, interviewed directors
and elected officials developing a plan of action for a more

that included 76 hospitals, dental clinics and 54,000 employees.
